In Ukraine, came into effect a law that obliges the state, in the face of the state enterprise "Energorynok", buys electricity, produced from renewable energy sources, from enterprises of various patterns of ownership and physical persons - solar, wind, biomass and water (small hydropower plants) at feed-in "green" tariff. Feed-in "Green tariff" fixed in EURO.
For private households, the tariff for solar power plants with a total capacity up to 30 kW, installed on roofs and facades of buildings, as well as commissioned after April 1, 2013.
Certainly, the positive aspect of this law is that of the owner of the estate is not required permission for the installation of solar panels, it is not necessary to obtain an expensive license to produce electricity and there is no requirement for local content component.
June 10, 2014 came into force procedure for sales, accounting and payments for electricity generated from solar energy power facilities (generating units) of private households. The procedure regulates relations between consumers of electricity and energy supplier, which produces electricity from solar energy.
June 04, 2015 adopted the "law on amendments to some laws of Ukraine, to ensure competitive conditions for the production of electricity from alternative energy sources".
